Never before have I felt so proud to be an American. We have truly shown that a nation can change. Now that Obama is our new president, I feel that we'll see even more forward momentum.
In my opinion, this election is a powerful example of rebranding. American is often seen as a violent, small-minded country. Despite our money and military power, many other countries look down their noses at us – some would argue with good reason.
In one moment, we have already begun to rebuild our reputation. We're not totally healed of our international stereotype, but by choosing a new leader, we chose a new image.
There are so many companies that could employ this tactic. If you don't like your company's reputation, change your leadership or change your mission statement.
Obama has shown that Americans can embrace change. Maybe he can also inspire companies to change their brand – as well as the way they do business.

Sara, sounds like you have a great insight to how our country will change after this election. It will be interesting to watch the business landscape after Obama enters the office. If business and policy in America will reflect Obama's leadership, we can look forward to a better future as a country.
